As a Manufacturing Company, managing our production environment is important to us. Some of our facilities are air conditioned but not all. Either way, air movement is key for our people to stay comfortable. Historically, we have installed HVLS fans to manage temperature gradients in our buildings. This addressed the gradients, but didn’t create air movement that our folks could feel.

The use of Breeza LVHS fans addresses several concerns. First it handles the temperature gradient with a simple 3 degree downward angle. Second, it creates a “breeze” throughout our shop by all the fans working together to produce a current of air. Also, these currents can be used to either eliminate the need for ductwork in new installation by using the fans to distribute the BTUs as planned, or can be used to improve BTU distribution in existing buildings. Lastly, we are using the Breeza fans to support our ambient air filtration equipment. The use of the fans allows us to place our filtration equipment where it is easily accessible for filter replacement by using the fans to bring the particulates to the filters versus having to place the filters above the equipment.

In new construction or retrofitting a building, the Breeza fans create an opportunity to control and manage air currents to support and manage temperature gradients, air flow, support BTU distribution and air filtration.
